Booking Policy

Appointments

We provide appointment reminders via text or email through vagaro, our booking system. If we do not already have your credit card information on file we will call you to request it. We will need it to secure your appointment.

For all appointments please make sure you come with hair that is 100% dry. This will ensure the quality and proper timing of your scheduled service.

Punctuality

Please call if you are going to be late. If you are expecting to be more than 15 minutes late we cannot guarantee that your booked service will be provided. We will, however, do our best to accommodate you.

Cancellations

Please note that appointment times are reserved especially for you. We appreciate 48 hours notice for all cancelations. To avoid being charged for cancelled or missed appointments please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a charge of 50% of your scheduled service.
