WHY AVEDA?

Let’s start this off by saying there is no truly organic permanent (oxidative) hair color, professional or drugstore. It would have made our job much easier to take the word of the “natural” companies we came across, but we didn’t do that. Instead we spent time testing color lines and researching ingredients. In the end our conclusion was this: to cover gray hair there are essential ingredients needed that are not organic. So instead of choosing and “organic” company that still uses these ingredients we chose a company that remains transparent. Aveda, although never making claims they're organic they offer some of the safest permanent hair color on the market.

Why we love Aveda

• Aveda is a cruelty-free brand. Never tested on animals.

• 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) material uses as much as possible. When Aveda can't use it they combine PCR with bioplastic. The bioplastic used is a biopolyethylene derived primarily from sugarcane.
